APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING
All scheduling of office visits is done by our Reception Desk. All scheduling of surgeries is done by the assistants for each individual Surgeon.
Except in the case of emergencies, it is not our policy to see patients without an appointment. We understand that it is tempting to bring someone with you in hopes that they can be seen as well during your appointment time, but in fairness to those who have waited for an appointment, we are not able to see anyone without a scheduled appointment. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Also, because of our volume of bookings, we are only able to address one problem per office visit. You will need to schedule additional appointments on separate days if you have multiple concerns.
You should receive a reminder call to confirm your upcoming appointment. Please give the courtesy of a 24 hour notice for cancellations.
